The history of BMF Partners LLP (BMF Partners) dates back to establishment by McGuireWoods international law firm of its daughter company in Kazakhstan in 1994.

In 2010, when McGuireWoods left Kazakhstan, the firm obtained a new name “BMF Group” and continued its practice led by the former Kazakhstani partners of McGuireWoods.

In 2015, BMF Partners was spun off from BMF Group LLP as a step to enhance further specialisation profile of its practices.

We are a Kazakhstani firm having expertise in international projects and working in accordance with international standards. Our professionals have an excellent command of Russian, English and Kazakh.
